It has been a busy month...

...with buying a Ford Transit Van to get to the markets.
I have wanted to have a better way of setting up at markets, including the amount of time I unpack bags and boxes of yarn and handmade items. Looking on Pinterest I found my ideal solution, set up a Market stall/shop on wheels.
First step.. van, next..carpet, followed by ordering a rollout awning for the side of the van.
Next is a cubed bookcase for my yarns, and now all it needs is the backing and attaching to the van.
We are getting there. It won't be as elaborate as the ones on Pinterest but most people will be able to stand up in the van.

And we have to build safe steps and rails.

New handdyed wool tops have been added to my Etsy shop

We are now in 2015...

Christmas is over and the New Year has been hailed in.
I hope you have all had a safe and Happy Christmas and celebrated the New Year.
After a little break, crafting has to get going, and here in Australia we are going to experience some very hot days.
My Studio is equipped with a great air conditioning unit so I will be comfortable.
Today, I was able to do some wool carding of some white Merino fleece and some Corriedale grey fleece. And I have some Merino fleece in the dyepot.
2 skeins of merino yarn are soaking pre dyeing, and I am spinning up some more.
Back to work, now, while watching a favourite British murder mystery.
